We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms.

Accounts, Purchases, and Subscriptions

• Some features may require a one‑time purchase or subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple; billing and refunds are governed by Apple’s policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using methods other than the provided interface.

Intellectual Property

The App and all related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by law and these Terms.
